Adventure. Enrichment. Connection.
🍂 Fall Hike Sessions
Fall is the perfect time to get outside, breathe in the crisp air, and explore the trails — and your dog deserves to join in on the fun!
Our Fall Hike Sessions are part adventure and part training refresher, giving your dog the chance to hike, sniff, and socialize while brushing up on key skills like recall, calmness around other dogs and people, and focus on the handler.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to balance enrichment, exercise, and calm connection — with plenty of opportunities for sniffing, problem-solving, and exploring natural terrain. Think of it as your dog’s version of a restorative retreat: time in nature, good company, and mindful movement.
🗓️ Schedule + Availability
We’re offering two seasonal blocks this fall:
🍁 Block 1: October 27 – November 20 (Mondays & Thursdays)
🌲 Block 2: December 2 – December 18 (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Each adventure runs approximately 3–4 hours, including pickup and drop-off.
Hike locations vary depending on group pairings, weather, and trail conditions — favorites include Tanglewood Trails, Pilot Mountain, Salem Lake, Reynolda Village/WFU Trails, Boones Cave, Belews Creek Park, Hanging Rock, Triad Park, and Crossnore.
Note: This is our founding series of Fall Hike Sessions — the first of its kind! We’re excited to test the trails, explore, and create something truly special for our dogs and community. If this series proves as enjoyable and successful as we expect, we’ll look to continue with a Winter Series in the new year.
Take advantage now while rates are set at our founding series level — these are special introductory prices for our first group of trail adventurers!

🌤️ Weather + Rescheduling
We don’t mind a little mud! Hikes continue in light rain, but in cases of heavy rain or unsafe trail conditions, we may decide to postpone and seek a make-up session. If we get messy, we will have towels on hand to dry off and wipes to clean off dirt and mud as best as possible. We do not guarantee they are free from all dirt upon return. Dogs need dirt in their life, and it won't hurt anyone! But we respect keeping your space as clean as possible after they return from a field trip.
